LéLé mobile application and website
Last updated September 15 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Pursuit Company LLC collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you use LéLé. It also explains the privacy choices and rights that may be available to you.
Pursuit Company LLC, a Michigan limited liability company ("Pursuit Company," "LéLé," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the LéLé mobile application, the website at theleleapp.com, and related features and services (collectively, the "Service"). This Policy applies to personal information processed through the Service and in our related support and business communications. It does not apply to third-party services that have their own privacy policies.

2 Information we collect
The information we collect depends on the features you use, the permissions you grant, and what you choose to tell LéLé. Because LéLé is a personal assistant, Your Content may reveal sensitive details about you or other people. You control what you submit and should avoid providing information that is not needed for your request.
Information you provide
Account and identity information, such as your name, preferred name, email address, account identifier, login or authentication information, and account settings.
Onboarding and profile information, including the categories you select and information about your work, family, relationships, routines, goals, preferences, priorities, constraints, and interests.
Requests and user content, including prompts, messages, delegated tasks, plans, notes, lists, project details, photos, documents, links, and other files you submit.
Voice and audio information, including recordings you intentionally create through a voice feature and the transcripts produced from those recordings.
Memory and personalization information, including details you ask LéLé to remember, preferences inferred from your use, saved projects, reminders, histories, and generated results.
Potentially sensitive information you choose to share, which may include health or wellness information, pregnancy or family information, religious or philosophical beliefs, financial information, relationship information, precise personal circumstances, or information about another person.
Support and communications information, including emails, feedback, survey responses, bug reports, and other communications with us.
Information collected automatically
Device and application information, such as device type, operating system, app version, language, time zone, and technical identifiers associated with your device, app installation, or account.
Usage information, such as app launches, features used, buttons selected, projects created, screens viewed, session dates and duration, and interactions with notifications or generated results.
Log and network information, such as Internet Protocol address, request timestamps, error logs, and security or authentication events.
Diagnostics and performance information, such as crash data, response times, app errors, and information used to maintain reliability and security.
Notification information, including a device or push-notification token and notification preferences.
Subscription and purchase information
Apple, Google, and RevenueCat process purchases and subscription management. We may receive your product or plan, subscription status, trial status, renewal or expiration date, transaction or entitlement identifier, storefront, and related technical information. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number from an in-app purchase.
Information from connected services
If you choose to connect a calendar, shopping service, account-linking provider, or another third-party service, we receive the information and permissions needed to provide the connection. Depending on the integration, this may include connection status, account identifiers, authorization tokens, lists, calendar details, messages or drafts, files, transaction-related information, and the results of actions you authorize. We do not access a connected service beyond the permissions you grant and the functionality you request.
Information we derive
We may derive or infer information from the information above, such as preferences, recurring needs, priorities, categories, suggested reminders, project relationships, or the context most likely to make a response useful. Inferences may be inaccurate, and you may correct or delete saved information through available controls or by contacting us.
3 How we collect information
We collect information:
directly from you when you create an account, complete onboarding, speak or type to LéLé, upload content, configure settings, connect a service, contact support, or request an action;
automatically from the app, website, device, and supporting technologies when you use the Service;
from Apple, Google, RevenueCat, authentication providers, and connected services as needed to manage your account, subscription, or requested integration; and
by creating inferences and generated results from the information you provide and your interactions with the Service.
4 How we use information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
Provide the Service, including understanding requests, generating plans and drafts, transcribing voice input, creating projects and reminders, maintaining memories, and preparing or carrying out authorized actions.
Personalize your experience, including using saved context and preferences to make future assistance more relevant.
Operate accounts and subscriptions, authenticate users, provide entitlements, process account requests, and communicate about billing or service status.
Provide notifications and communications, including reminders, task-status updates, security messages, support responses, and legally required notices.
Enable connected services at your direction and exchange information required for the integration or action you request.
Maintain safety, security, and integrity, including preventing fraud and abuse, enforcing our Terms, debugging, monitoring reliability, and protecting users and systems.
Analyze and improve the Service, including understanding feature performance, correcting errors, improving workflows and user experience, and developing new features using information in a manner consistent with this Policy.
Comply with law and protect rights, including responding to lawful requests, preserving records, resolving disputes, and establishing or defending legal claims.
Carry out another purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection or with your direction or consent.
5 Artificial intelligence processing
LéLé uses artificial-intelligence services to interpret requests and generate results. We currently use Anthropic's commercial Claude services. When a feature uses Claude, we send Anthropic the content and context reasonably needed to provide the requested result. This may include prompts, saved context, instructions, uploaded content, and previous conversation or project information relevant to the request.
Under Anthropic's current terms for its commercial products, inputs and outputs are not used to train Anthropic's models by default. Anthropic may process and retain information as permitted by its commercial terms and privacy documentation, including for service delivery, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and support. We may change or add artificial-intelligence providers as the Service evolves; any provider will receive information only for the purposes described in this Policy and subject to appropriate contractual restrictions.
We may use generated results, feedback, and limited interaction information to evaluate and improve LéLé's product experience. We will not use Your Content to train a general-purpose artificial-intelligence model operated by Pursuit Company unless we first provide additional notice and obtain consent when required by law.
6 Voice recordings and transcription
When you intentionally activate a voice feature and grant microphone permission, the Service may capture and transmit audio to our configured transcription, cloud, and artificial-intelligence service providers to produce a transcript and respond to your request. We do not activate the microphone without the device permission and interaction required by the operating system and the feature.
Audio and transcripts may contain sensitive information. We use them to provide the voice feature, maintain relevant account history or memory, improve reliability, secure the Service, and comply with law as described in this Policy. We do not use audio to create a voiceprint or identify you through biometric voice recognition. We do not sell voice recordings or use them for targeted advertising.
You may record or submit another person's voice only if you have provided any required notice and obtained all consent required by applicable law. You are responsible for the content you choose to record and submit.
7 How we disclose information
We disclose personal information only as described below. We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use Your Content for targeted advertising.
Service providers
We disclose information to vendors that process it for us under contracts and instructions, including:
Google Firebase and related Google cloud services for authentication, databases, file storage, app infrastructure, notifications, security, and related functions;
Anthropic and any configured artificial-intelligence or transcription providers for request processing, content generation, transcription, safety, and related technical support;
RevenueCat, Apple, and Google for purchases, subscriptions, entitlements, fraud prevention, and store operations;
hosting, security, diagnostics, communications, customer-support, and professional-service providers that help us operate and protect the Service.
Connected services and actions you request
We disclose information to a connected service when you connect it or instruct LéLé to prepare or complete an action involving that service. For example, we may send a list to a shopping service, event details to a calendar, or information required by an account-linking provider. The third party's own privacy policy governs its independent processing.
Legal safety and protection
We may disclose information if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law or legal process; respond to a lawful government request; investigate fraud, abuse, or a security incident; enforce our agreements; protect the rights, safety, and security of a person or the Service; or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Business transfers
We may disclose information in connection with due diligence, financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or another business transaction. A recipient may use the information only as permitted by this Policy unless it provides notice of a different practice and obtains any consent required by law.
With your direction or consent
We may disclose information when you direct us to do so, when a feature clearly explains the disclosure, or when you provide consent. We may also disclose aggregated or deidentified information that cannot reasonably be linked to you, and we will not attempt to reidentify it except as permitted by law to test our deidentification processes.
8 Cookies website technologies and analytics
Our website and Service may use local storage, software development kits, cookies, and similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, security, preferences, performance, and core functionality. We may also use privacy-protective measurement tools to understand whether the Service functions correctly and how features are used.
If we introduce optional analytics, advertising, or marketing technologies that require notice, consent, or an opt-out, we will provide the required controls and update our disclosures. Device and browser settings may allow you to limit cookies, permissions, and tracking technologies, but disabling necessary technologies may affect functionality.
9 Sensitive personal information
Your Content may include sensitive personal information because users can discuss personal, family, financial, religious, relationship, health, or wellness matters. We process sensitive information only to provide requested features, personalize the Service, maintain security, comply with law, or for another purpose disclosed with any consent required by law. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers, online banking passwords, government identification documents, or another person's highly sensitive information unless a feature specifically requests it and explains why it is necessary.
10 Consumer health information
Information you submit may reveal or allow inferences about physical or mental health, symptoms, medications, pregnancy, reproductive health, nutrition, exercise, disability, or efforts to seek health or wellness services. LéLé is not a health-care provider and is not intended to maintain medical records on behalf of a provider or health plan. Information held by a consumer app may not be protected by HIPAA in the same way as information held by a regulated health-care provider.
We use consumer health information only to provide the features or responses you request, maintain context you choose to save, secure the Service, comply with law, and for other purposes authorized by you. We do not sell consumer health information, use it for targeted advertising, or disclose it except to processors needed to provide the Service, connected services you direct us to use, parties required by law, or other recipients you authorize.
Residents of jurisdictions with consumer-health-data laws may have additional rights, which can include confirming whether we collect health data, accessing or deleting it, withdrawing consent, and receiving a list of certain recipients. You may submit a request as described in Section 14. Where a separate consumer health data privacy notice or consent is legally required, we will provide it at or before the relevant collection.
11 Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Service, keep an account active, maintain memories and project history requested by the user, secure systems, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention depends on the type of information, why it was collected, the sensitivity of the information, user settings, legal requirements, and technical backup schedules.
When you delete content or an account, we begin the deletion or deidentification process in accordance with applicable law and our operational procedures. Information may remain temporarily in protected backups, logs, fraud-prevention records, transaction records, or legal archives until it is overwritten or no longer needed. We may retain information when required by law, necessary to complete a transaction you requested, or needed to establish or defend legal claims. We may retain aggregated or deidentified information that cannot reasonably be linked to you.
Deleting the LéLé app does not delete your account, and deleting your LéLé account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Subscription cancellation must be completed through the applicable app store.
12 Account and information deletion
You may initiate deletion of your account and associated personal information through the in-app account settings. You may also request deletion through the external deletion-request resource provided on theleleapp.com or by emailing [email protected]. We may verify your identity before completing a request.
Deletion removes or deidentifies personal information associated with the account unless an exception described in Section 11 applies. Disconnect connected services before deletion if you want to revoke their access promptly, and contact those services directly regarding information they independently retain.
13 Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, authentication, transport encryption where appropriate, service-provider controls, monitoring, and procedures intended to reduce unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and devices. Contact [email protected] promptly if you believe your account or information has been compromised. If a security incident requires notice under applicable law, we will provide notice in the manner and within the time required.
14 Your privacy rights and choices
Depending on your location and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to:
know or confirm whether we process your personal information and obtain information about our collection, use, and disclosure practices;
access or receive a copy of personal information associated with you;
correct inaccurate personal information;
delete personal information;
obtain a portable copy of certain information you provided;
object to or restrict certain processing;
withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing;
opt out of a sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling where applicable;
appeal our refusal of a request where applicable; and
receive equal service and not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.
To exercise a right, use available in-app controls or email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy Request." Describe the request and identify the email associated with your account. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. If we cannot verify a request, we may be unable to fulfill it. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If we deny a request, we will explain the basis when required and provide appeal instructions where applicable. You may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing [email protected] with the subject "Privacy Appeal."
15 Additional information for United States residents
Some U.S. state privacy laws require disclosure of categories of personal information. During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the categories described in Section 2, including identifiers; customer records; protected or sensitive characteristics voluntarily included in Your Content; commercial and subscription information; internet, app, and network activity; audio information; professional or employment-related information voluntarily provided by users; health and wellness information voluntarily provided by users; user content; approximate location inferred from an Internet Protocol address; and inferences.
We collect these categories from the sources described in Section 3, use them for the purposes described in Section 4, and disclose them to the categories of recipients described in Section 7. We do not sell personal information for money, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of anyone under 18. We do not offer financial incentives for personal information.
Where legally required, we honor recognized browser or device-based opt-out preference signals. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, such a signal may not change our current practices. California and other eligible residents may exercise applicable rights through Section 14 and may contact the relevant state regulator if they remain concerned.
16 European Economic Area United Kingdom and Switzerland
If data-protection law in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland applies, Pursuit Company is the controller of personal data described in this Policy except where another party is identified as controller.
We rely on the following legal bases as applicable: performance of a contract to provide requested Service functions; legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, and improving the Service in ways that do not override your rights; compliance with legal obligations; protection of vital interests in limited emergency circumstances; and consent where consent is required, including for certain permissions or sensitive-data processing.
You may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object, receive data portability, withdraw consent, and complain to your local supervisory authority. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, and we will stop unless we have compelling legitimate grounds or processing is needed for legal claims. LéLé does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries that may not provide the same protections as your home country. Where required, we use an approved transfer mechanism, such as applicable standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard, and may implement supplementary measures. Contact us to request information about applicable safeguards.
17 Children
The Service is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from anyone under 18 or permit a person under 18 to create an account. Users should not submit a child's personal information unless it is lawful, necessary for the requested feature, and they are authorized to do so. If you believe a person under 18 has created an account or provided personal information directly, contact us so we can investigate and delete the information where appropriate.
18 International processing
Pursuit Company is based in the United States. We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where we or they operate. Privacy and data-protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live. We use contractual, organizational, and technical protections required for applicable international transfers.
19 Third party links and services
The Service may link to or interact with websites, applications, devices, and services that we do not control. This Policy does not govern a third party's independent privacy practices. Review the third party's privacy policy before connecting an account, submitting information, or authorizing an action. Disconnecting a service from LéLé does not delete information already received or independently retained by that third party.
20 Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Service, technology, providers, law, or our practices. We will post the updated Policy and revise the "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice and obtain consent when required by law. Changes apply prospectively from their effective date.
