Terms of Service

LéLé mobile application and website

Last updated September 15 2026

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY FORM A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND PURSUIT COMPANY LLC. SECTION 24 REQUIRES MOST DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED THROUGH INDIVIDUAL BINDING ARBITRATION AND INCLUDES A CLASS ACTION AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER. YOU MAY OPT OUT OF ARBITRATION AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 24.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the LéLé mobile application, the website at theleleapp.com, and related features, content, software, and services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Pursuit Company LLC, a Michigan limited liability company ("Pursuit Company," "LéLé," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading the app, creating an account, clicking to accept these Terms, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.

1 Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these requirements. The Service is not directed to children, and you may not create an account for a person under 18.

2 The Service and its role

LéLé is an artificial-intelligence-assisted personal organization and productivity service. Depending on the features available to you, it may help organize information, prepare plans and checklists, generate drafts, create reminders, transcribe voice input, remember information you choose to save, connect with third-party services, and prepare or carry out supported tasks after receiving the authorization required by the Service.

LéLé is a software tool, not a human assistant, fiduciary, agent, counselor, health-care provider, or emergency service. We do not guarantee that a particular feature, integration, model, output, or action will remain available. Features may vary by device, location, subscription, platform, or testing group.

3 Accounts and security

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your device, login credentials, authentication methods, and connected accounts, and for activity occurring through your account to the extent permitted by law. You may not share, sell, transfer, or permit unauthorized use of your account.

Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account or a connected service has been accessed without authorization. We may require identity verification before restoring access, processing a request, or discussing account information. We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to secure your account, except to the extent the loss results from our violation of applicable law.

4 License and permitted use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your own lawful personal purposes during the term of your account and subscription. You may download and use the app only on devices you own or control and as permitted by the applicable app-store usage rules, including any permitted Family Sharing or similar functionality.

No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms. The Service is licensed, not sold.

5 AI generated output and your responsibility

The Service uses artificial intelligence and automated systems. Plans, drafts, summaries, suggestions, reminders, classifications, and other materials generated by the Service ("Output") may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, duplicative of content generated for others, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Artificial intelligence can misunderstand instructions and confidently present incorrect information.

You must review Output and verify important facts before using, sharing, submitting, sending, purchasing, scheduling, or acting on it. You remain responsible for your decisions, communications, submissions, and actions, including actions taken through a connected service. Do not rely on Output as the sole basis for a decision that could materially affect health, safety, legal rights, finances, employment, housing, education, insurance, or another person.

We do not promise that Output will be unique, protectable by intellectual-property law, or free from similarity to content produced for another user. To the extent permitted by law and as between you and Pursuit Company, you retain any rights you may have in Output generated specifically in response to your content, subject to our ownership of the Service and to third-party rights.

6 No professional advice and no emergency use

The Service provides general organizational, educational, lifestyle, and wellness information only. It does not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, insurance, medical, nutritional, psychiatric, psychological, therapeutic, or other licensed professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Use of the Service does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.

Health and wellness content may not be appropriate for you. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions about symptoms, medications, treatment, pregnancy, infant or child health, mental health, diet, exercise, or any other matter that could affect health or safety. Do not delay seeking professional care because of anything generated by the Service.

LéLé is not designed to detect or respond to emergencies and may not review your content in real time. If you or another person may be in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number. In the United States, you may call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. Do not submit emergency communications to LéLé.

Pursuit Company is not a health-care provider, health plan, or health-care clearinghouse. Information you provide to a consumer app may not receive the same legal protections as medical records held by a regulated health-care provider. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

7 Voice features and recording consent

If you use a voice feature, you authorize the Service and its service providers to capture, transmit, process, and transcribe the audio you intentionally submit for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. Voice recognition and transcription may be inaccurate, and you must review transcriptions before relying on them.

You may record or submit another person's voice or conversation only if you have all permissions and consents required by applicable law. Recording laws vary by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for notifying participants and obtaining consent before recording or submitting a conversation involving another person. Do not use the Service for covert monitoring or surveillance.

8 Memory and reminders

The Service may retain information you ask it to remember so it can personalize future assistance. Memory may be incomplete, incorrect, or unavailable and is not a substitute for your own records. You are responsible for reviewing saved information and correcting or deleting it when controls are available.

Reminders and notifications may be delayed, blocked, misdirected, or not delivered because of device settings, network conditions, platform services, or technical failures. Do not rely on LéLé as the only method for remembering medication, child care, travel, payment, legal, safety, renewal, or other time-sensitive obligations.

9 Actions and transactions

Some features may prepare an external action, such as adding an item to a cart, creating a calendar event, drafting a message, preparing a reservation, or submitting information to a connected service. Unless a feature clearly states otherwise and you have separately enabled it, LéLé will require your explicit confirmation before sending a message, making a purchase, moving money, placing an order, booking a reservation, or taking another irreversible external action.

When the Service presents an action for confirmation, you authorize the action by selecting the displayed confirmation control or otherwise giving the confirmation requested by the Service. Before confirming, you must review the recipient, content, items, quantities, price, fees, date, time, location, cancellation terms, and other material details. You are responsible for authorized actions, charges, taxes, and obligations created through your account.

A confirmation from LéLé does not guarantee that a third party accepted or completed an action. You must check the applicable third-party service for final status. We may decline, pause, or require additional confirmation for an action when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, or reliability.

10 Third party services and integrations

The Service may link to, display content from, or integrate with third-party products and services, including app stores, calendars, transcription providers, artificial-intelligence providers, shopping services, account-linking providers, and other platforms ("Third-Party Services"). Third-Party Services are not controlled by Pursuit Company and are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, fees, and availability rules.

By connecting a Third-Party Service, you direct us to exchange the information and instructions reasonably necessary to provide the integration, as described in the Privacy Policy and the permissions shown during connection. You represent that you are authorized to access the connected account and provide those instructions. You must comply with all applicable third-party terms, including wireless-data and app-store terms.

We do not endorse and are not responsible for a Third-Party Service's content, conduct, availability, security, pricing, fulfillment, refunds, or decisions. We may suspend or discontinue an integration at any time. Disconnecting an integration does not cancel obligations already created with the third party.

11 Your content

"Your Content" means information, text, audio, images, files, instructions, account data, and other material you submit, upload, connect, or make available through the Service. You retain your ownership rights in Your Content.

You grant Pursuit Company and its service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, format, reproduce, and otherwise process Your Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the functionality of the Service; comply with law; enforce these Terms; and fulfill the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. This license lasts for as long as necessary to provide the Service and thereafter only as permitted by our retention practices or applicable law.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases necessary to provide Your Content and permit its processing under these Terms. Do not submit confidential information belonging to an employer or other person unless you are authorized to do so. If Your Content includes information about another person, you are responsible for providing any required notice and obtaining any required consent.

12 Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information and how you may exercise available privacy choices. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If a feature presents a separate privacy notice or consent, that notice or consent also applies to the feature.

13 Acceptable use

You may not use or attempt to use the Service to:

violate any law, regulation, court order, contract, or third-party right, including privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, confidentiality, or consumer-protection rights;

harm, threaten, exploit, harass, defame, deceive, impersonate, stalk, discriminate against, or invade the privacy of another person;

create, request, upload, or distribute unlawful, abusive, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful content, including any sexual content involving minors;

record, monitor, or collect information about another person without legally required notice and consent;

send spam, phishing, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized commercial communications;

make unauthorized purchases, reservations, transfers, account changes, or other transactions;

introduce malware, interfere with operation of the Service, circumvent security or access controls, probe vulnerabilities, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data;

reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, copy, frame, mirror, or create derivative works of the Service except to the limited extent a restriction is prohibited by law;

use automated means to access the Service, create accounts, extract data, or impose an unreasonable load without our written permission;

use the Service or its Output to develop, train, or benchmark a competing model or service without our written permission; or

misrepresent Output as human-generated when doing so would be deceptive or unlawful.

We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, restrict features, suspend actions, or suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, Pursuit Company, or the Service; comply with law; or enforce these Terms.

14 Subscriptions free trials and billing

Paid access is offered through auto-renewing subscriptions purchased from the Apple App Store or Google Play (each, an "App Store Provider"). The price, billing period, trial eligibility, included features, and any introductory offer shown on the purchase screen at the time you subscribe control your purchase. The currently planned U.S. monthly price is $9.99, but prices may differ by location, taxes, currency, platform, or offer.

Auto renewal. Unless you cancel before renewal in accordance with your App Store Provider's rules, your subscription automatically renews for successive billing periods and the App Store Provider charges your selected payment method at the then-applicable price. An App Store Provider may require cancellation at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Deleting the app or your LéLé account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.

Free trials. If a seven-day or other free trial is offered and you are eligible, the purchase screen will show its length and the price that begins afterward. Unless you cancel through the App Store Provider before the trial expires, the trial converts to a paid auto-renewing subscription and the App Store Provider will charge you. Trial eligibility may be limited to new subscribers and is determined by the App Store Provider and the offer terms.

Cancellation. You may manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple or Google account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal but generally does not provide a prorated refund, and access may continue through the end of the paid period. Canceling a subscription does not delete your LéLé account or stored content.

Refunds and billing disputes. Purchases, charges, refunds, and payment processing are administered by the App Store Provider and are subject to its terms and refund procedures. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are nonrefundable. Contact the applicable App Store Provider regarding a store charge or refund request.

Price and plan changes. We may change prices or subscription features prospectively. Any renewal-price change will be communicated and implemented as required by applicable law and App Store Provider rules, including obtaining consent when required. Taxes may be added or included as required by law.

15 Ownership and intellectual property

The Service, including its software, models and model configurations, workflows, design, user interface, graphics, compilation, features, text, trademarks, logos, and all related intellectual-property rights, is owned by Pursuit Company or its licensors and is protected by law. LéLé, associated branding, and Pursuit Company names and marks may not be used without prior written permission.

If you provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you as its source without permission.

16 Copyright complaints

If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] with: identification of the copyrighted work; identification and location of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature. We may request additional information and may remove or restrict material when appropriate.

17 Changes availability and beta features

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the Service, including integrations and experimental or beta features. We will provide notice when required by law. Beta or experimental features may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to additional terms and may be changed or withdrawn without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data preservation, or compatibility with every device or operating system.

18 Electronic communications

You consent to receive agreements, notices, disclosures, receipts, and other communications electronically, including through the Service, at the email address associated with your account, or by push notification. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing. You may disable optional push notifications in your device settings, but service and legal notices may still be sent by email or displayed in the Service.

19 Suspension termination and account deletion

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion through the available in-app process or by contacting [email protected]. Account deletion is subject to identity verification, lawful retention requirements, technical backup cycles, and the Privacy Policy. Delete or export information you wish to retain before closing your account.

We may suspend or terminate access, restrict a feature, or decline an action if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or potential legal exposure, failed to pay applicable fees, misused a Third-Party Service, or if suspension is needed for security, maintenance, or legal compliance. When reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

Termination does not cancel an App Store subscription; you must cancel it separately through the applicable App Store Provider. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions concerning ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, dispute resolution, and general terms.

20 Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." PURSUIT COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OFFICERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "PURSUIT PARTIES") DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

THE PURSUIT PARTIES DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR NEEDS; THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; THAT REMINDERS OR ACTIONS WILL OCCUR ON TIME; OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT. YOU ASSUME THE RISK OF USING OUTPUT AND CONNECTED SERVICES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THESE DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

21 Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PURSUIT PARTIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, OR DATA; PERSONAL OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, OUTPUT, THESE TERMS, OR A THIRD-PARTY SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PURSUIT PARTIES' TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY; OR (B) $100.

These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. They do not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding. Your payment obligations and liability for violating another person's intellectual-property or privacy rights are not limited by this section.

22 Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Pursuit Parties from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from: your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Service; Your Content; your violation of these Terms; your violation of another person's rights; or an external action or transaction you authorized. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by a Pursuit Party's negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law. We may control the defense of an indemnified claim, and you will reasonably cooperate. You may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault by or imposes an obligation on a Pursuit Party without our written consent.

23 Governing law

The Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 24. Except as preempted by federal law or otherwise required by the law of your residence, these Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by Michigan law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. If Section 24 does not apply to a dispute, the state and federal courts located in Emmet County, Michigan, or the federal district serving Emmet County, will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and Pursuit Company consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of non-waivable protections of the law of your residence.

24 Dispute resolution arbitration and class action waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT, HAVE A JURY TRIAL, OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, the party seeking relief must send the other party an individualized written notice describing the claimant's name and contact information, account email, facts and legal basis of the dispute, and requested relief. Send notices to Pursuit Company LLC, Attn: Legal, 3110 Leeward Drive, Petoskey, MI 49770, with a copy to [email protected]. We will send our notice to the contact information associated with your account. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for 60 days after receipt. Any limitation period will be tolled during that period.

Agreement to arbitrate. Except for the exclusions below, you and Pursuit Company agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service, these Terms, or the relationship between you and Pursuit Company, including questions about formation, enforceability, scope, or termination, will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration rather than in court. The arbitrator may award the same individual remedies a court could award. A court of competent jurisdiction, rather than an arbitrator, will decide disputes about the validity of the class-action waiver or the intellectual-property exclusion below.

Arbitration rules and procedure. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, as modified by these Terms. The arbitration will be conducted by one neutral arbitrator in English. It may occur by telephone, video conference, written submissions, or, if an in-person hearing is required, at a reasonably convenient location consistent with the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. AAA rules and filing information are available at adr.org. If AAA is unavailable or unwilling to administer the arbitration, the parties will agree on another provider or a court will appoint one under 9 U.S.C. § 5.

Fees. Payment of filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules and applicable law. Pursuit Company will pay fees it is required to pay under those rules. Each party will bear its own attorneys' fees unless the arbitrator awards fees under applicable law or determines that a claim or defense was frivolous or brought for an improper purpose.

Excluded claims. Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court if it remains within that court's jurisdiction. Either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual-property rights, confidential information, or system security while arbitration is pending. Government agencies may consider claims where authorized by law.

No class or representative proceedings. YOU AND PURSUIT COMPANY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLASS MEMBER, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL, OR PARTICIPANT IN ANY CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Unless both parties agree in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate claims of different people or preside over any representative proceeding. If a final decision holds that applicable law prevents enforcement of this paragraph as to a particular claim or remedy, that claim or remedy will be severed and decided by a court after all arbitrable claims are completed.

Jury trial waiver. If a dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, YOU AND PURSUIT COMPANY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Thirty-day right to opt out. You may opt out of this Section 24 by sending an email to [email protected] within 30 days after the date you first accept these Terms. The subject line must be "Arbitration Opt Out." The message must include your full name, the email address associated with your account, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect any other provision of these Terms or your access to the Service. A valid opt-out applies only to you and must be sent personally, not by an agent or mass opt-out service.

Changes to arbitration terms. If we materially change this Section 24 after you first accept these Terms, you may reject the change by emailing [email protected] within 30 days after notice of the change. Rejecting a change means the most recent version of this Section 24 that you previously accepted will continue to govern.

25 Apple specific terms

This section applies if you download or use the app on an Apple-branded product. These Terms are between you and Pursuit Company, not Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Pursuit Company, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content. Your license is limited to a non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except for use permitted through Family Sharing, volume purchasing, or other Apple-authorized arrangements.

Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, as provided by its rules. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app. Pursuit Company, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the app or your possession or use of it, including product-liability claims, claims that the app violates a legal or regulatory requirement, consumer-protection or privacy claims, and intellectual-property infringement claims.

You represent that you are not located in a country or region subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as supporting terrorism, and that you are not listed on a U.S. Government prohibited or restricted party list. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, may enforce these Terms against you as third-party beneficiaries.

26 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and change the "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide additional notice as required by law, such as an in-app or email notice, and request renewed acceptance when legally required. Changes apply prospectively from their effective date. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel any subscription through your App Store Provider.

27 General terms

Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any feature-specific or purchase terms presented to you constitute the entire agreement between you and Pursuit Company regarding the Service and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings about the Service.

Order of precedence. If these Terms conflict with feature-specific terms, the feature-specific terms control for that feature. App Store Provider terms govern billing and platform matters within their control. Mandatory law controls over any inconsistent provision.

Severability. Except as specifically provided in Section 24, if a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

No waiver. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. A waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Pursuit Company.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law, subject to applicable law.

Force majeure. Pursuit Company is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, utility or network failures, labor disputes, governmental actions, war, terrorism, epidemics, cyberattacks, or failure of a Third-Party Service.

No third-party beneficiaries. Except for Apple and its subsidiaries as stated in Section 25, these Terms do not create third-party beneficiary rights.

Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not limit these Terms.
